'The Helpline has been my lifeline.
I look forward to speaking to someone who is actually listening to me.'
'Thank you for inviting me to take part in this event, I was honoured to stand on stage and read the names of the women who lost their lives to honour-based abuse.'
'Thank you for inviting me to the workshop today. I wasn't sure what to expect and I ended up learning a lot. I learned about confidence in trusting myself and let go of any pre-existing worries.'
'Being elderly, I don’t have much to do. I enjoy all the different activities that take place at the Creative Well-Being group. I always try to attend whatever they do because it feels good. If it weren’t for the activities, I would be lonely at home.'
