Dundee Creative Well-Being Skill Share

Our Creative Well-Being programme has developed activities and workshops around four strands that support mental health and well-being. All workshops and group activities are led by women and centred around their distinct needs. Our regular clients come from all backgrounds, and enjoy learning and growing in the safe space we have created for them.

On this page we tell you about some of the things that we have done in our sessions.

Tapestry Sessions

In partnership with Dundee Tapestry in 2023, Muslim & BME women learned to stitch and weave, to contribute to a panel that tells stories about Dundee and its rich history.  The Dundee Tapestry was displayed at V&A Dundee, where the Amina Ninewells Panel was on display.
