V&A Dundee: Tatreez Community Project

Join us at the V&A Dundee this summer for a community project on Palestinian embroidery.
The weekly sessions will be led by curator, dress historian, author, and researcher Wafa Ghnaim. Learn about the meaning behind the symbols in Tatreez, displayed in the Thread Memories: Embroidery from Palestine Exhibition, opening 26 June.
As part of the project, we will create a digital mural featuring Tatreez designs to be displayed in the museum.
