
Dundee Creative Well-Being Outdoor Activities
Our Creative Well-Being programme has developed activities and workshops around four strands that support mental health and well-being. All workshops and group activities are led by women and centred around their distinct needs. Our regular clients come from all backgrounds, and enjoy learning and growing in the safe space we have created for them.

Outdoor Activities


Walking Groups
The project started with a regular weekly walking group to help women move more and feel less isolated through making new connections.
We welcome and support women from all walks of life.


Gardening Sessions
During the summer months, we host Gardening sessions in Dundee, where our women learn to prepare, plant, harvest and infuse a range of herbs and vegetables.
